We are committed to a continuous improvement programme, which in large part is delivered, by an ongoing training programme for all of our staff.
We use a formal internal training programme, which is delivered by two senior managers. This training is a quarterly event and covers numerous areas from recruitment practice, customer service, employment law, equality and diversity, health and safety and environmental impact issues.
In addition, we use a formal external training programme, which is delivered by our governing body REC (Recruitment and Employment Confederation)
All staff, except our accounts team, are working towards their Diploma in Recruitment Practice via this external recruitment-training programme.
Our ISO 9001 accreditation has independently audited our training programme and has been highly complementary.
