Our Trading Standards team works across both the public and private sector to help organisations protect consumers and businesses interests. This means providing the officers that help you offer advice, legal/regulatory compliance, and investigate and prosecute where necessary.

From counterfeit goods, scams, illegal money lending, underage sales, and weights and measures, our people can help you protect how we buy, sell and rent goods and services.

Enforcement Skills works with local government, county councils, not-for-profit businesses and commercial organisations. We provide a range of qualified trading standards professionals, experienced investigators and enforcement professionals for short term and permanent recruitment.

Trading Standards is a multi-agency practice, which involves working closely with teams from Environmental Health, the Police and HM Customs. Enforcement Skills candidate resources draw on skills from all these areas making us best placed to understand and deliver your recruitment needs.
