Our recruitment and support team structure is designed to give the best possible service to our clients and candidates.
Our consultants are allocated a specific market to allow them to develop an understanding of how that market works, the broader community safety context and to build more professional relationships with managers and decision makers.
Our recruitment officers are responsible for managing all our candidate resources. This includes keeping in regular contact, sourcing candidates to fill requirements and completing all vetting and referencing.
Our accounts and payroll team are all professionally qualified and responsible for making sure our most valuable asset – our candidates are paid accurately and on time. They are also responsible for resolving any invoice or payroll queries within 48 hours of being raised.
We are committed to developing our staff and hold regular internal and external training events on all areas of recruitment practice.
In addition, our consultants use their links with professional bodies such as the Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Royal Town Planning Institute, DEFRA and Institute of Licensing to ensure our knowledge of the enforcement market and the issues faced by our clients are updated regularly.
