We have a proven track record for creating client specific web based databases containing the expert line-up of the professionals our clients need.   We attract the correct freelance talent, assess and vet them before allowing them to be a member of a database of pre cleared freelancers available for 'as and when' work.

You simply subscribe to the database and are issued a username and password.

When a staffing need arises which requires freelance staff you simply log in to view the available resources, make contact with the candidates and offer.  This gives you a pool of talent on tap, with no long term commitment or cost headaches.  The client is able to pay the freelance direct and on a 'pay per job' basis rather than on an hourly rate basis.
